Shipping Information

'Store Pickup'
Upon checkout, select (Store Pickup at PARTY JOY)
No charges apply Processing time of 1 day is required.
Please click on contact page to check PARTY JOY operating hours. For the avoidance of doubt, client would receive an email confirmation on the collection date.
For any inquiry on your order status or for urgent assistance, please kindly contact our office at 6443 5525.
Kindly quote your 'Order Number'.

'Delivery Service'
We provide delivery service everyday and islandwide.
Delivery fee current set at flat rate SGD25.00 including all parking and ERP charge.
We usually use van to deliver customer order.
Processing time of 1 day is required.
For the avoidance of doubt, client would receive an email confirmation on the delivery date and time. Delivery will be made within a 30 minutes time range.
Delivery service is available between 10am - 7pm daily.
Any requests out of this range will be handled on a case by case basis.
Delivery requests for pre operation hours are subject to an early morning surcharge.
In the event that The Client is not available during the delivery timing as agreed upon or requires our delivery personnel to wait more than 10 minutes after arrival,
The Client would have to bear the full cost of the re-delivery and waiting charges of SGD25 as the case may be.
In the unfortunate event that the order cannot be delivered to The Client for any reason including but not restricted to unforeseen circumstances, PARTY JOY reserves the right to fully refund The Client and PARTY JOY will have no further obligations to The Client on this order.

Shipping Oversea
Currently, PARTY JOY do not ship oversea for most of the products except 'Walking Pet Balloon'.
We will process the order within 1 working day.
Packing: Goods will be pack flat (un-Inflated) in a pack.
We use bubble wrapper and sent via seal envelope or box subject depend on the order quantity.
This product will be shipout using register mail and customer will be updated via email of the register mail number once item shipout.
For local customer, ordering Walking Pet Balloon, kindly select 'Store Pickup' or 'Delivery Service' upon checkout, Balloon Pet will be inflated with helium gas. 

Refund / Return / Exchange Policy 
No refunds will be made.
Exchanges gladly accepted within 3 days of purchase strictly for partywares.
Partyware items up for exchange must be in new condition, unopened, unused and in original packaging.
For helium foil balloon, we unable to accept return. Replace allow if due to manufacture defect.
Our staff will inspect defective balloon or may need to sent to supplier to inspection.
All exchanges must be made together with PARTY JOY's receipt or online invoice.
All items purchased online may be exchanged at any outlet subject to the outlet’s stock availability and from the term stated above.
