PayPal (Credit & Debit Cards)

A PayPal account is not required. Simply select PayPal during checkout and choose Guest Checkout to pay directly with your credit or debit card.

Customers may also make payment using DBS PayLah!.

As PayLah! supports PayNow transfers, customers can conveniently complete payment using their PayLah! mobile application.

E-Invoice (Government Ministries & Schools)

Party Joy accepts E-Invoice payments from Singapore Government Ministries, Statutory Boards and Government-Aided Schools.

Method 1 - Order Online

Place your order online.
Select E-Invoice during checkout.
You will receive an Order Number.
Our office will prepare and email a Proforma Invoice for endorsement.

Method 2 - Email Order Request

Email your order requirements to our sales team.
Indicate whether payment will be made through AGD or GeBIZ.
A Proforma Invoice or Quotation will be prepared and emailed for approval.
