Cancellation & Order Changes

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 14 days from the date of purchase.

A cancellation, administration and processing fee will apply as follows:

• 50% of the total order value; or
• S$10.00

Whichever amount is higher.

Customised Products

Customised products, including customised banners and personalised items, are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has commenced.

A 100% cancellation charge applies to all customised banner orders.

Order Postponement

Customers may request to postpone their pickup or delivery date instead of cancelling their order.

• Requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
• Requests must be made via email.
• Orders may be postponed for up to 1 month from the original date.

Requests submitted less than 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

Cancellation with Credit Note

Customers providing at least 3 days written notice via email may be issued with a credit note instead of a refund.

• Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
• Credit notes are non-transferable.
• No cash refund will be provided.

Requests submitted less than 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Postponement

Customers providing at least 3 days written notice via email may postpone their order to another date.

• New event date must be within 3 months from the original event date.
• Subject to product availability and delivery availability.

Requests submitted less than 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

Request Procedure

All cancellation and postponement requests must:

• Be submitted via email.
• Include the order number.
• Include the reason for cancellation or postponement.

A request is only considered accepted upon receiving written approval from Party Joy.

Equipment Rental Terms

Party Joy provides equipment rental services including but not limited to:

• Helium Gas Tanks
• Electronic Balloon Pumps
• Confetti Cannon Launchers

Customers are responsible for using all rental equipment according to the provided instructions.

Party Joy shall not be liable for any losses, damages, delays, interruptions or inconveniences arising from the use of rented equipment.

Customers are encouraged to contact our office for detailed operating instructions and usage guidance before placing an order.
